Payment

Payment can be made with credit card, purchase order, money order, check, electronic check or in person. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. All invoices will include a link to pay online by credit card or check.

Shipping

Shipping usually takes 5 weeks. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that the product and services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You are purchasing a custom product. this means custom pads, custom paint on pads, custom graphics, custom apparel. the product is specially made for you and is not pulled out from a package or stock. if you are in a hurry, then the services are not for you.

Exchanges & Returns

Shipping costs will not be reimbursed or paid unless the item is defective or your order was processed incorrectly. Refunds will be issued in the same manner that payment was made.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. CrossfaceGear is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.

Communication

You will experience best communication via email. if you try to use voice concerns and request via phone or voicemail, we will try the best we can, but this is very limited, and we highly suggest email correspondence at sales@crossfacegear.com
